Kinesitherapy is a rehabilitation tool, the essence of which is to help restore, renew, improve and maintain the condition of muscles, bones, blood vessels and other body systems through proper body movement.
A physiotherapist, assessing the individual condition of a person's skeletons, organs and their systems and existing disorders, creates the most beneficial treatment plan for the patient, which consists of:
- restoration of the balance of the bone-muscle system in the body;
- application of osteopathic measures to relax tense areas in the body;
- drawing up an individual physiotherapy program (exercise at home or with the supervision of a specialist).
